Workshop Description:
This workshop introduces participants to the All Of Us research program and teaches them how to set up a workbench and build cohorts for data analysis. Attendees will gain hands-on experience in navigating the platform, selecting variables, applying filters, and exporting datasets. By the end of the session, participants will be equipped with the skills to independently utilize the All Of Us dataset for their research.

Date/Time: Thursday, April 24, 2025 - 10:00 AM Hawaii Time

Location: Virtual Workshop. Zoom link will be provided upon registration.

Prerequisites for Workshop: 
1. All of Us Workbench Access - Ensure registration with the All of Us Workbench (https://researchallofus.org/register/)
2. Basic Data Analysis Knowledge - Familiarity with data filtering, selection, and cohort building concepts
3. Google Chrome or Compatible Browser - Required for accessing the All of Us Workbench platform
4. Basic Understanding of Research Workflows

Datasets & Tools:
Datasets: All of Us Research Dataset - Includes electronic health records (EHR), survey data, genomic data, and wearable device data
Tools: All of Us Researcher Workbench, Google Chrome or Compatible Browser, Jupyter Notebooks (integrated)

Expected Outcomes:
By the end of this workshop, participants will:
1. Understand the All of Us dataset
2. Set up a Researcher Workbench
3. Build and analyze cohorts
