Workshop Description:
Learn to load, preprocess, and analyze EHR data using Python tools such as Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib, gaining hands-on experience in exploratory data analysis and visualization.
Date/Time: Thursday, March 13, 2025 - 2:00 PM CT/3:00 PM ET
Location: Virtual Workshop. Zoom link will be provided upon registration.
Prerequisites for Workshop: 
1. Access to a computer and a good internet connection.
2. Familiarity with programming and computational notebooks a plus but not a strict requirement.
Datasets & Tools:
Datasets: Synthetic EHR data generated with Synthea 
Tools: Python, Jupyter notebooks, Binder, Google Colab, Pandas, Numpy, Scipy, Matplotlib. 
Expected Outcomes:
By the end of this workshop, participants will:
Gain hands-on experience analyzing EHR data using industry-standard Python tools and extracting meaningful research insights.
