Workshop Description:
This hands-on workshop introduces core Python skills for working with structured healthcare data using Jupyter notebooks and common data science libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib. Participants will practice loading, cleaning, and exploring datasets through a guided case study analyzing laboratory test data for patients with Type 2 diabetes.

Date/Time: Thursday, January 29, 2026 - 12:00 PM PT / 2:00 PM CT / 3:00 PM ET

Location: Virtual Workshop. The Zoom link will be provided upon registration.

Prerequisites for Workshop: 
- Basic familiarity with data analysis, computational notebooks, and programming are helpful, but not required. 

What You'll Learn:
- Practical, hands-on proficiency using Python and Jupyter notebooks with structured healthcare data
- Cleaning, transforming, visualizing, and exploring datasets using Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib
- Applying Python-based data analysis skills to common healthcare research and data-driven tasks
